I’m Sandra Engellau, the founder of With Ease Agency. After years in Retail and Hospitality, and later in corporate Learning & Development, I saw how often growth was made unnecessarily complicated. Rigid frameworks and policies sometimes overshadowed the heart of development: honest reflection, clear action, and practical tools that actually work.

I started With Ease to bring growth back to its essence. My vision was to create a space where both individuals and organizations could find clarity, build confidence, and make intentional shifts that last.

Meet the founder

I am an ICF ACC-certified coach and Gallup CliftonStrengths facilitator with a background in both corporate and field-based learning. Over the years, I have partnered with organizations to develop leaders, train internal facilitators, and design programs that create real impact. Alongside this, I support private clients through coaching that brings clarity, confidence, and practical next steps.

Those I work with often describe me as straightforward and skilled, but also deeply human and trustworthy. My focus is always on getting to the heart of what matters and making the path forward feel clear and achievable.

What We Believe
