I'm Sandra Engellau, the founder of With Ease Agency.

I come from an operational leadership background in high-performance retail, where results were immediate, and accountability was real. That experience still shapes how I work today: direct, structured, and connected to business reality.

After years in the field, I moved into corporate Learning & Development and saw a pattern: leadership development too often focused on adding skills while avoiding the harder work. What leaders avoid does not disappear. It shapes their leadership footprint and influences trust, accountability, and culture more than any strategy document ever will.

I design and facilitate experiences in which leaders explore what they avoid, what they might be blind to, and how their behaviour under pressure shapes the environment around them. Through structured reflection and experiential work, I create space for honest dialogue — always connected to how leaders act and decide in practice.

The aim is not to polish leadership style. It is to build courage and accountability where it matters most — under pressure, when culture is formed, and strategy either moves forward or quietly stalls.

I work with organisations that want leadership development to create real movement, not just knowledge.
