FAQ – With Ease Agency
I work with individuals and organisations on leadership development that creates real movement. Below are answers to the most common questions about how I work and what to expect.
✧ General
What is With Ease Agency? With Ease Agency is a leadership development and facilitation practice. I design and deliver programmes that build courage, accountability, and self-awareness in leaders — practical, experiential, and always connected to business reality.
Who do you work with? Primarily organisations and leadership teams looking for development that goes beyond skill-building — companies that want their leaders to grow in accountability, handle tension constructively, and lead with more intention.
In select cases I also work with private individuals. Feel free to reach out directly if that is what you are looking for.
Do you work in Swedish or English? Both. All programmes and coaching are available in Swedish or English.
✧ Leadership Programmes & Workshops
What kind of programmes do you offer? I design and facilitate tailored leadership development programmes, workshops, and training days for organisations and leadership teams. Every programme is built around your specific context, goals, and people — not a generic off-the-shelf format.
What topics can you support with? Common themes include leadership accountability and behaviour under pressure, delegation and intentional leadership, conflict and tension in teams, coaching leadership, customer experience, and presentation skills. If you have a development need that is not listed, get in touch — chances are we can work with it.
How long are your programmes? That depends on the scope and need. A single workshop can run half a day or a full day. Longer development programmes are typically designed in modules over weeks or months. We define the right format together based on your goals.
Can programmes be delivered in-person or online? Yes, both. In-person delivery is my preferred format for deeper leadership work. Virtual delivery is available and works well for certain formats.
Do you offer pre-designed programmes or only custom ones? Currently everything is customised. That is intentional — a programme that does not connect to your organisation's real context will not create real change.

How do I know if we are the right fit? If you want leadership development that creates genuine behavioural change rather than a day of inspiration that fades by Friday — we are probably a good fit. I work best with organisations that are ready to look honestly at how their leaders actually behave, not just how they would like them to.
Do you offer digital or self-paced programmes? Not at this time.
